These Terms govern your use of the TRIGR app and services (the "Service") provided by Vieroots Wellness Private Limited ("Vieroots"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use TRIGR.

2. Wellness, not medical advice

TRIGR provides preventive-health and wellness guidance generated from your inputs, genetics and (where provided) microbiome data. It is not a medical device, diagnosis or treatment and does not replace professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified clinician before acting on any recommendation, especially medication or drug-response information. Use of TRIGR is at your own discretion.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You may sign in with email/password, Google or Apple. We use automated checks (including bot/human verification) to protect the Service from abuse.

4. Subscriptions, trial & pricing

• Plans (all taxes included): Monthly ₹595/month; Yearly ₹4,950/year.
• Free trial: a 14-day free trial is available. If you do not cancel before it ends, your chosen plan begins and you are charged the standard price.
• Introductory offer: 10% off your first month is available only if you subscribe to the monthly plan up front when you join. It does not apply if you take the 14-day free trial and pay after it ends. The discount applies to the first month only; the subscription then renews at the standard price.
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Billing & cancellation: on iOS and Android, payment, renewal and cancellation are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. On the web, payment is handled by our payment processor. Manage or cancel your subscription in your store account (App Store / Play Store) or in the app.
• Refunds: refunds are governed by the applicable store's policy (Apple/Google) for app purchases, or our refund policy for web purchases. Statutory rights are unaffected.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to access it through automated means without permission, reverse engineer it, or upload unlawful content or data that is not yours.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its content and trademarks are owned by Vieroots. Your data remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to process it to provide the Service.

7. Termination

You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Vieroots is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Kerala having jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-protection rights.
